Christopher R. Neufeld is a committed corporate-commercial lawyer, skilled at applying and integrating the law for established business owners, international enterprises and entrepreneurs, as well as dealing with much overlooked aspects of employee pay (due to an apparent failure of others to understand the application of technology and computer algorithms to the law). Mr. Neufeld draws upon his extensive experience in New York City as a corporate securities attorney on Wall Street and now with the business law firm of Neufeld Legal Professional Corporation, which works with business enterprises engaged in commercial activities in Alberta and Ontario, which also undertakes employment law exclusively for employees who have been fired,terminated, laid off or quit their job.

Mr. Neufeld’s legal practice includes the representation of both established and emerging businesses in merger, acquisition, divestiture and related reorganization transactions, including the structuring, negotiating and documenting of a vast array of commercial transactions. Mr. Neufeld’s legal counsel is not only sought in the development and expansion of businesses, as well as their day-to-day operations, but amidst corporate crisis (both internally and externally created), to overcome the legal and/or financial turmoil that is adversely impacting corporate clients.

His understanding of technology and computer alogrithms and their application and advancement within the legal process, is not only applied to the commercial pursuits of internet and techonology companies, including many medical technology enterprises, but also is at the core of his legal representation of terminated Alberta employees, given that payroll software and its all too frequent jurisdictional incompatibilities, is at the core of employee underpayments that the law firm is aggressively pursuing.
